Ilan Lev Office Hours.
It’s gonna be me and my treatment table hanging out to wiggle people, give some FREE mini bodywork sessions and tastes of the work, and nerd out/problem solve injuries and movement patterns with anyone who shows up.

Ilan Lev Basic Training Course
After much ado, we are so pleased to announce the reopening of enrollment for our North American Basic Training Course! Thank you for your patience as we finalized our dates!
So many of you have expressed interest in studying with us and now we are finally making it happen. Come learn the necessary skills to become an Ilan Lev Method practitioner, to listen deeply, to move freely, and to play wildly.
This course will take place over 4 intensive 10-day Modules spread out over two years at the picturesque and peaceful Dragon’s Egg studio in Mystic Ct.
Module I begins June 12-22nd and Module II will take place in the Fall of 2024.
